  1.     Keep the Bones Strong:

  • Take 500ml milk on daily basis. As a result you get 800gm to 1200gm Calcium which are useful to make strong to bones, teeth, nail & hair. Keep in mind that the mile must be without sugar & cream.

  • Never take soft drinks such as soda, coca cola etc., because the carbon dioxide are present in these soft drinks and which is help to make weak bones.

2.     Improve the Immunity:

  • Daily eat five almond, five walnut, three fig and four date fruit.
  • Take the boil oat or boil barley and mix with milk in breakfast.
  • Doing a massage by an expert, it will help to circulation of the blood.
  • Use the maximum organic and vitamin C foods in daily food.
  • Do the regular exercises & yoga.

3.      Decreases the level of Cholesterol:

  • Use the more proportion of fiber fruits & vegetables in foods.
