How to Survive from the Heart Attack

Why the heart attack comes?

            Keep one fundamental rule in mind that there is not necessary to come heart attack everybody. But you must decide the situation or creating the protection from the heart attack. For heart attack there is no any cause or problem in heart but the problem of the circulation of blood. There are some blood vessels which are providing the blood to heart its called coronary artery. In inner surface of blood vessel there is congeal of fat substance. At that time the coronary artery become hard, it is called atherosclerosis. As there is congeal of fat the coronary artery will become narrow, and as a result the heart will not get the enough proportion of blood. And when you suffer from any mental problem or stress, at that time the heart will not get enough blood and due to this there is pain in chest. Sometimes the coronary artery is totally block by fattish substance and at that time the chest mussel will not get blood or fresh oxygen, it is called Heart Attack.

The risk factors of Heart Attack:

There are some factors which is control by you.

            1. Blood Pressure

            2. Increases the proportion on cholesterol in blood.

            3. The habit of smoking cigarette and chewing tobacco.

            4. Insufficient of any physical exercises.

            5. Heavy weight.

            6. Mental stress.

            7. More chances of heart attack in male.

            8. Heart Attack may be heredity.

            9. If you have diabetes.

These all risk factors are avoidable:

1. Blood Pressure:

            There is a very fine artery of heart and whet it will become narrow because of clot and during this time if the person have blood pressure. So due to pressure the cholesterol substance will go to the inner surface of coronary artery. And this will make fast the activity of clotting. If you maintain your systolic blood pressure will be 120 and diastolic blood pressure will be 80, then it is good for you. If the systolic blood pressure is 121 to 140 and diastolic blood pressure is 81 to 90, then its called boarder line, and if systolic blood pressure will be more than 140 and diastolic blood pressure will be more than 90, it’s called dangerous line. In that case the brain stroke will come first before the heart attack. The people who have habit of smoking cigarettes and chewing tobacco, they have more chances of heart attack, because their coronary artery will already narrow due to nicotine.

2. More Cholesterol:

            Cholesterol is seen as yellow sticky liquid. It is available in every non-vegetarian food such as milk, egg, chicken, fish & meat. If the vegetarian people will remove the cream from the milk, then the cholesterol proportion will decreases. Always keep in mink that the need of cholesterol is to make the wall of blood vessel, to make bile, to make hormones and to make neurotransmitters.

            There are three type of cholesterols namely good cholesterol (HDL), bad cholesterol (LDL) and very bad cholesterol (VLDL). If there are total 180mg cholesterol in the body is called best proportion, if there are 180mg-220mg then it will be fine and if it is more than 220mg then it is dangerous for health. Similarly for HDL, if it is 50mg then it is best for health, if it is 35mg-50mg it is ok, but if it is below 35mg then it is dangerous for health.

There are the some reasons for increases the cholesterol in your body.

1. You will never doing any exercises.

2. Women are excepts because the hormones are outcome from their body and due to this the level of cholesterol is reduces.

3. If your weight is more than BMU, then there is also an increase in cholesterol.

4. If you smoking cigarette or chewing tobacco.

5. If you have heredity.

            So, main thing is that, you have never to take saturated fat because there is present of cholesterol. In this fat all are countable such as ghee, butter, cream, sweets, and artificial ghee. But keep in mind that there is no cholesterol available in vegetable, vegetable seeds and vegetable oil and the oil is present in dry fruits. There are more proportion of triglyceride, but don’t worry about this as it is reduced by regular exercises.

3. Uses of Cigarette and Tobacco:

            The smoke of cigarette wills effecting to decreases the good cholesterol (HDL), increases the heart pulse, the blood vessel will become narrow and less provide the oxygen to the heart. As in smoke the carbon monoxide is present and it is used 15% of oxygen from the heart.

4. Deficiency of Physical Exercises:

            Exercises will help to increases good cholesterol (HDL) and decreases triglyceride, it will help to increases the productivity of blood circulation in the body and due to this it will decreases the 90% probability of making the clot. As the heart will get the good cholesterol (HDL) so the mussels of heart will keep healthy through out the lifetime. Exercises will help to be feeling of well being and increases confident as a result the mental stress will decreases and no need to go for addictions of smoking cigarette and chewing tobacco. Exercises will help to increases BMR and as a result the more calories will burn and decreases the weight.

5. Heavy Weight:

           As there is more weight it will affect in increases in blood pressure, triglyceride and bad & very bad cholesterol (LDL & VLDL).It will increases the pressure on heart as the fattish elements want more blood. Keep in mind that the waist is more than 38 & 36 of men & women respectively then there is a 75% chance of heart attack.

6. Mental Stress:

            The people have more mental stress those have more chance of heart attack. There are remedies to decreases the mental stress such as yoga, meditation, exercises etc. The direct effect of mental stress is on the blood pressure, it will increase your blood pressure and it is the first step of heart attack.

7. Family History (Heredity):

            This matter is not applied for everybody. In your family someone may be suffering from heart attack, it is not necessary that you also a patient of heart attack if you follow the above risk factors. In men there are more chances of heart attack at the age after 40 years and in women there are more chances of heart attack after menopause (i.e. 45 -50 years), because at these age the estrogen hormones will responsible for women.

8. Diabetes:

            If you are patient of diabetes and could not control then the activity of atherosclerosis will become fast. There are three basic rules for controlling the diabetes; take regular medicines, regular exercises and never take sweet foods. If you maintain these three rules then the diabetes will keep in control and reduces the chances of heart attack.

The last but not least, keep in mind that you never know when you will die and how to die. So ignore these thoughts about die because if you thinking on that then no need to invite heart attack. It will come itself, so keep your mind strong.
