How to Protect the skin from Sunlight.

                In summer there are very hot during the whole day. There a thin layer of Ozone between the sun and the earth. Nowadays there are big holes in ozone layer due to population and increases Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere. The basic function of Ozone layer is to protect the earth from the harmful rays of the sun. Now the harmful rays of sun are directly comes to the earth. So when you go to outside and if your skin is burning or become redness then you have to know that there will be a damages in the skins or there may be the probabilities of skin cancer for all types of skins. So whenever you go outside, apply the sunscreen cream on the open part of the body. The persons who have bald on their head they must wear a cap after applying the sunscreen lotion.

                 As per the expert of the skin disease, the rays of the suns are very sharp in water or snow rather than the air or atmosphere. So in summers its better to avoid swimming in day time. In summer the rays are cross at morning and evening, at that time to prefer swimming, playing or waling.

  • There may be the fear of sun burn or burning skins, wrinkles or sees an old in short ages, if you stay more time in sun shine. So it is necessary to take care of skins regularly.
  • If you are whitish, blackish or wheatish, but for the healthy skins necessary protein, vitamins, carbohydrates, water, calcium etc are not taken in food the skin likes to be dead. Green vegetables, fresh fruits and beans. So take these all more proportion in food.
  • Use he body lotion or moisturizer on body after bath, its protect layer will save the skins from the dust, sun-shine and other harmful elements. Also use the deodorant under arm or on neck, so the bad smell of perspiration will not affect to you and your beside persons.
  • Apply the sun-screen lotion on your face, neck & hand, so the harmful rays of the sun are not affected.
  • For oily or sticky skins, pore or acne are become more in summer. In this situation apply the mixture of rose-water and lemon juice on face regularly and keep this mixture half an hour on face and then after wash by water.
  • Make a paste of Corn flour and talcum powder. Apply this paste on face for 20 minutes within a week and then after wash face by water.
  • To decreases acne or pores and wrinkles, crush the white layer of eggs then apply to the face and keep for 15-20 minutes.
  • If your skins stay dry then the summer is more benefit for you. Because in this season your skin will get more wetness. However it is necessary to clean the face and apply moisturizer.
  • To froth the yellow liquid of egg and apply on the face, the dry skin will become healthy.
  • Make a mixture of lemon juice & cream, apply the mixture of face and keep 15 minutes and then washed face.
  • There may be the benefits to apply the juice of orange.
  • Make a paste of white radish juice and cream; apply this paste on face, it is also useful for face.
  • Always go outside with an umbrella, it will protect your skin from the harmful rays of the sun.
  • For eye-care, use goggles.
  • If you wear a close body shoes, then use talcum powder for protect the bad smell of perspiration of legs.
  • Take a salad of onion or green mangoes; it will help from the sunstroke or a blast of hot wind.
  • To remove the wrinkles from the face, crush a spoon of black sesame and mix with 1/4th spoon of turmeric powder. Now mix this mixture in hot milk and make a paste. Apply this paste on face and keep 30-minutes.
