Tea:
The plants of tea are growing in the region of Assam, Nilgiri and South of India. The origin source of tea is from China. There are four spices of Tea - (1) Black Tea (2) Oolong Tea (3) Green Tea & (4) White Tea, Which is known as Herbal tea and there is no really content of tea. Similarly long stick type of tea such a green tea, which are available in market is known as lemon grass, not tea. The Tea is most popular drink in the world. There are not present Carbohydrates, Fats & Protein in tea. There is more proportion available of Threonine Amino Acid. In tea there are available two types of MethylXanthine - Caffeine & Theobromine, Catechin - the name of anti-oxidant and also available in more proportion of Flavonoids. Coffee:
Coffee is also sold by different names - Black Coffee, Mix with milk & sugar, Mix with the essence of Fruits, Cold Coffee, Coco powder, Espresso Coffee, Cappuccino, Almond Orange, Coffeener, Coffeeleti, Irish Coffee, African coffee, Coffee eggnog, Coffee pods, Coffee manya etc. Espresso Coffee means strong black coffee, which is made by passes the hot steam with pressure in the powder of coffee. Cappuccino is made by mixing the milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and cream in espresso coffee.
Why would like to drink tea or coffee?
The main cause to take drink tea or coffee is the basic element Caffeine, which are available in both drinks. The caffeine is also available in cold drinks such as Coca-cola, Pepsi-cola. It is also available in the chocolate which are made from the coffee or coco powder. It is used in the medicines which is useful in cough, cold, headache and sometime also used in baked dish, desserts and puddings.
Also there is more proportion of Flavonoids, Theobromine, Catechin and Threonine, which all are useful to the body. Caffeine are useful to the body and in tea or coffee it is more proportion and also in natural form, while in other cold drink this caffeine is available in artificial form and also other harmful chemicals are also present in the cold drinks.

After taking the tea, coffee or other cold drinks, the main element caffeine are moved in the blood within thirty minutes and its effect is starting within an hour and it is away from body by urine within three hours. There are many benefits of caffeine.

Ø The person who takes coffee 8-10 cups (caffeine more than 200mg), have may be the disease marked with a stony deposit in the kidney or in the gall bladder.
Ø When you are in tension or stress, please avoid taking tea or coffee, otherwise your blood pressures will increases heavily and also probabilities of stroke.
Ø There may be the chances of heart attack, diabetes, blood pressures and also increases in weight, if you take a tea or coffee with more proportion of milk and sugar.
