Consequences of Unsufficient Sleep

When you not sleep since last two days, at that time the hormone THERLIN, whose basic function is make more hunger is come in more proportion and the hormone LEPTIN, whose basic function is to make a less hunger is come in less proportion.     Ø     Six or more than six days if you do not take necessary sleep then you will suffer from INSULIN RESISTANCE in body. From this probability increases for Diabetes. The persons who take less sleep, there is not dong regularly Metabolism of glucose in a body. And as a result you will suffer from Diabetes.

    Ø     If you have not take a sleep before the day, the next day hormone KORTISOL will produce at afternoon or in evening. As a result your heart pulse increases, blood pressure increases, level of glucose will increases and also the probability increases for heart attach and increases in blood pressure.

    Ø     If you don’t take enough sleep then your resistance power will decrease and its direct effect on your Immune SYSTEM. As a result first of all you will suffer from common contagious disease like fever, cough, cold etc. Probability will increases for auto immune disease. On long term you may be suffer from Heart attack, blood pressure, Diabetes & Brain stroke.

    Ø      As a result of enough sleep, your remembrance will decreases, concentrate will decreases, fill the trouble in driving; your nature will be vexed or enraged, may be going to depressions. For make a regularly sleep, doing a physical exercise. Never take sleeping tablet.
