Skin: It must be necessary to take a complete care of skin in all seasons. Because in winter there are very cold, in summer there are very hot and in monsoon there is very wetness in atmosphere. Skin is the most outer part of the body, Whole body cover by the skins. So any effects which are taken in atmosphere it will direct affected to the skins. So it is necessary to know how to protect the skin from the outer atmosphere. Nowadays there are increases in air pollution and giving a signal of global warming. As a result of increases in air pollution, there is a side effect on skins. Due to this there may be small skin disease on body such as black-heads, acne, pore, dark-spot etc and these are responsible for seen as increases in ages.
Protection of Skins:

Face must be protected by the very heat of the sun and sunshine.

At night time used the oily cream and apply on the face before to sleep.

In morning wake up and ash the face. Make a crush of peel of the orange and apply on face. Doing a king massage and wash the face by cold water. Within a few days you will gain the shine of the face.

Make a facial by beauty expert in once in a month and if it is necessary then also do a bleach.

Make a paste of honey, basen (powder of gram) and cream. Apply this paste and keep 15-20 on face then after wash by cold water. It will help to remove the black-heads, black-spot, acne and pore, also to make a shining face.

Always used the cold water to wash the face, it is harmful to wash the face by hot water.

In summer or there is very hot atmosphere, apply the ice on face 2-3 times in a day.
Fatness: The most enemy of beauty is fatness. It is also harmful for fitness and health of the body. It is necessary to present fat, protein, carbohydrates etc. in body for maintain the health, but these are all good when they all are in their necessary proportion in the body. More fats are may be the creating the problem of breathing, asthma, diabetes, swell in legs and laziness.
Remedies of decreases of Fatness:

To decreases the fat from the body, walking is the best exercises. Make a habit of walk 5km everyday in the morning. Before go to walking drink 4-5 glass of water and going to walking at 5.00pm in morning.

Maintain the balance in foods. Decreases the proportion of oil & ghee in daily foods. Also avoided the butter, sweets, rice, chocolate and ice-cream in daily foods.

In morning take light breakfast, in afternoon take light lunch and in evening take light dinner and at the time of sleep eat some seasonable fruits like apple, papaya, watermelon etc. If it is possible to avoid to take boiled food. Take a soup in dinner it is advantageous.

In morning breakfast used one cup milk with corn-flakes or whitish layer of egg or also used 1-2 piece of toast. In lunch used 1-3 roti, curd, dal, vegetable, salad or soup. In evening take a one cup of tea without sugar and with 2-3 biscuits. And in dinner used fruit, salad and soup.

Doing exercises in morning and evening and doing a massage once in a day. Wear the clothes as per season. In summer wear cotton clothes, in winter wear wool clothes etc.

Keep a one month on dieting and doing regular exercises, it will to remove the fatness from the body.
Manicure: For house-wife it is compulsory to doing a manicure. In a whole day there are the activities such as washing clothes, vases, cooking and cleanness of the house and also work at office. Doing these activities are forces to only our hands. So it is necessary to maintain the beauty of the hand & fingers. Long nails are useful to show the fashions but it is more harmful to body. The dust & dirt are keeping inside the long nails and it is goes in our stomach by eating. So be a beautiful of hands it is necessary to doing manicure. It is also necessary to giving a shape & beauty to nails and cleans the nails by manicure.
Pedicure: The important of hand beauty is same as the beauty of legs. So it is also necessary to maintain the health and beauty of legs. The dirt of legs and crack in heel are the black spot of the beauty of legs. The dead skins of legs are removed by only pedicure. Keeps the legs in warm water it will help to become light legs and feeling healthy. The growth of hair is more at the legs, so it is necessary to remove the hair from the legs by waxing, threading regularly. And this is a guarantee to shown as unique person from the crowd by wearing clothes which are suitable to our body.
